Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with MAISON03. We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Ground Shipping

We offer ground shipping throughout the United States. Ground delivery generally takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Your total estimated delivery time is approximately 6–10 business days from the date your order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Addresses

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you discover an error, contact us immediately at hello@maisono3.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or tracking indicates that it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@maisono3.com.

• Order number

• Shipping address

• Tracking number

• Brief description of the issue

We will review the shipment information and assist you with the appropriate next steps. You may also be asked to contact the shipping carrier directly or confirm delivery details with members of your household, building management, or neighbors.

MAISON03 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will make every reasonable effort to help investigate a missing shipment.
