Welcome to MAISON03. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of [www.maisono3.com] (the “Site”), including any purchases, content, features, and services made available through the Site.

Throughout these Terms, “MAISON03,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rock of Seven Media Corp, the owner and operator of MAISON03. By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Our Products

MAISON03 offers cosmetics, skincare products, beauty tools, and related merchandise. We make every reasonable effort to present product descriptions, ingredients, colors, packaging, sizes, and images as accurately as possible. However, colors and other visual details may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings.

Product formulas, ingredients, packaging, availability, and pricing may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Please review the ingredient list displayed on the individual product page and product packaging before use.

Statements regarding our products have not necessarily been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

3. Allergies, Sensitivities and Product Use

Individual results and reactions may vary. You are responsible for reviewing the complete ingredient list before using a product, particularly if you have known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or eye conditions.

We recommend performing a patch test before first use where appropriate. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, swelling, discomfort, or another adverse reaction occurs. Seek medical attention when necessary.

Use every product only as directed and keep products out of reach of children.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate information, pricing errors, resale activity, or violations of these Terms.

Your order is accepted when we send an order-confirmation or shipment-confirmation email, depending on the circumstances. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.

5. Prices, Payments and Taxes

All prices are shown in [U.S. dollars] unless otherwise indicated. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties, customs charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout when reasonably determinable. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees imposed by their destination country.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method submitted with your order for the total amount shown at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control are not the responsibility of MAISON03.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Because cosmetics and skincare products are personal-use items, certain opened, used, tampered-with, or unsealed products may be ineligible for return for health and hygiene reasons, except where otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, gifts with purchase, samples, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used toward taxes, shipping, duties, or previously placed orders.

We may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents—including the MAISON03 name, logos, product names, packaging, formulas where protectable, photographs, videos, graphics, text, designs, icons, and Site layout—are owned by or licensed to MAISON03 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

No license or ownership interest is granted to you except for the limited right to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

10. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, social-media tag, or other content to us, you represent that:

You own the content or have permission to submit it.
The content reflects your honest experience.
The content does not violate another person’s rights.
The content is not unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or malicious.

You grant MAISON03 a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share submitted content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable law.

We may remove user content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to monitor all submissions.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use the Site for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
Submit false or misleading information.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAISON03 and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability resulting from fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAISON03 and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles, California, except where applicable consumer law permits or requires otherwise.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
